At The Faux Flower Co, we want you to be completely delighted with your everlasting blooms. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer care team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Arrangement

  Carefully pack the artificial stems or arrangements in their original packaging to ensure they are protected from crushing or damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend keeping your tracking receipt for peace of mind.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our floral specialists inspect the returned items to ensure they are in original condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
